Joe Manganiello is giving you the gift of his body. Earlier today, Gallery Books announced it will be publishing a health and fitness book penned by the True Blood hunk, titled Joe Manganiello's Evolution: The Cutting-Edge Guide to Breaking Down Mental Walls and Building the Body You've Always Wanted."Joe Manganiello has become known around the world for his incredible physique," the publisher said in a statement. "Now, from the man that director Steven Soderberghcalled ‘walking CGI,' comes the cutting edge guide to achieving the perfect body and raising your overall quality of life."
The book will include everything the 36-year-old actor has learned over the years about health and fitness and will feature step-by-step workout routines that combine "weights, intense cardio, and a high protein diet."
"I wasn't born this way," Manganiello said in the release. "I was the kid in high school who couldn't do one dip, one pull up...I was also the kid who never gave up. I've spent a huge part of my life seeking out people who could match my willingness and work ethic with planning and technique. This book is the sum total of what I've found."
